Oh my gosh! I'm having a blast painting these fun fishing lure paintings. They were inspired by my 76 yr old dad who loves to fish. Last year for Father's Day I gave him a father/daughter fishing trip down the river. We had so much fun and of course, he caught the biggest fish! We were featured in the local fishing newspaper, so he got a kick out of showing it to all of his buddies at the coffee shop. It was a great day I'll never forget!
Judy: The look fabulous! I have been painting a few fishing things...then moved on to china, croquet balls, and a baseball. Tackle boxes are full of all kinds of interesting things.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking paintings, Judy. It's heartwarming that you and your Dad shared such a special time. That's the stuff that warm memories are made of. It will stay with you for a lifetime.
